E-News 92 plus a special FIAP supplement

Click on the links to see (1) e-news 92 from the PAGB and (2) a FIAP Special Supplement with all of the 2013 Distinction successes. It is worth scrolling past all the recipients to find the illustrated article by Dave Coates on obtaining the EFIAP/Platinum with landscape photos.

There is so much material in the e-News that they have had to compress the newsletter a little more than usual and the pictures will be best viewed at "Full Page".

NCPF Website Updates

The following update has been made to the NCPF web site since the last update message and all can be accessed here.
1.      International Salon/33rd Salon 2013
The On-Line and Manual Entry Forms for the two Print Sections are now live.
Please be aware that notwithstanding anything in the rules an conditions, members of NCPF Clubs can enter Mounted Prints and get them back afterwards with the following proviso. You can do so as long as you make the necessary arrangements to deliver your entry to Jane Black’s home address prior to the closing date. You should if you want them returned also make arrangements to have them collected from that address, which will obviate you from the excess charge for return by postal service.  This also applies if you wish to enter ‘un-mounted prints’.

2.      Knowledge Base
The PDF download “Starting Out on the Exhibition Trail” and the “Distinctions Page” have been updated to take account of the substantial changes that FIAP have made a) to the criteria for their AFIPA, EFIAP and MFIAP distinctions and b) to the Dossier files that you must use to prepare applications for their awards.

3.      Events/NCPF Diary
A number of updates to the Diary Listing, including an additional Lecture by Des Clinton in September and an Exhibition celebrating Whitley bay’s Diamond Jubilee.

4.      News Item
A more personal item this time. Mavis and Alan McCormick of Hexham PS seek your support of their son who is competing in the Olympic Games
