3 Way Battle with Northallerton and Gallery

Please note that this will take place on Monday 4th March at Northallerton CC and not on 11th March as stated in the programme booklet.

NCPF website updates

The following updates have been made to the NCPF web site since the last update message and all can be accessed here.

1.         News Items
Two new News Items; The first is a report from the recent 2013 NCPF Annual Club Championship at Washington and the second news of the Northern Area’s Inter-club Competitions.

2.         PAGB ‘e-news’
Editions 84 an 85 have been published; the former a tribute to Lady Doreen Pollock FRPS MPAGB,
and the second has the results of the PAGB Great British Cup.

3.         Diary
A general update, including new events (one poster attached for club secretaries) and also a change of date for one of the Northern Areas Interclub Competitions from March to April.

i will be going to the 'Focus on Imaging' exhibition at NEC BIrmingham on Monday 4 March. There are 2 spaces in the car, anyone interested in sharing the journey/cost please contact me on 01642710801 or at club meeting on Thursday 28 Feb.

Birds of Prey at Sion Hill Hall

We had a great day photographing the various birds of prey at Sion Hill Hall Falconry Centre.  Many thanks to Colin for organising the day.  Having got rid of all the dross I'm slowly working through my best shots from the day.

Thanks to Colin for organising an excellent day out at Sion Hall. The weather was kind and there were lots of opportunities for photos. Must practice more on the flight shots though! Here are a few of my better efforts.
